My Client-First Philosophy

Peter Has lived in Onondaga County since 1960, After the service he worked for a local engineering firm until entering real estate in 1989.  Selling homes in a place that you love makes it enjoyable for him.  We get to enjoy all four seasons here with boating available during the summer months on the fingerlakes and rivers to skiing at the local mountains during the winter.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Qualifications:

BS in Marketing from State University of New York at Albany

Honorably Discharged from the United States Navy

1989 Licensed as a NYS Salesperson for New York State

1992 Licensed as a NYS Real Estate Associate Broker

1993 GRI, Graduate of the Realtor Institute

1995 CRS, Certified Residential Specialist (NYS CRS President in 2008-2009 and 2021-2022) The CRS Designation is held by less than 3% of the agents in the country. 

2000 to present has been affiliated with Buffini and Company (largest coaching company for real estate).

2010 SFR, Short Sales Resource.
